Unit 1203 - Tower I

The Master bedroom has a unique King Size Bed, a Recliner for him and a Chaise for her. The view from this huge MBR is magnificent. The Armoire has a large screen TV for you...should you tire of watching the gorgeous view.

For the Master Bedroom, there is a private bath, his and her sinks, a stool and space for the lady to apply her makeup. The large, beautifully tiled, shower has a rain showerhead to relax you and body jets to invigorate! True touches of luxury are everywhere, to add to your enjoyment at Jan's Place.

Guestroom Suite: This guestroom has two queen size beds. There are custom bedcoverings and again a TV for the enjoyment and privacy of your guests.

The adjoining bath has wonderful tile work, a gorgeous vanity, unusual lighting and a comfortable combination tub and shower. It would be hard to ask for more, from this beautifully decorated bedroom and bath.

The large guestroom on the opposite side of the unit provides privacy and luxury for your guests. There are two full size beds, outfitted in luxurious fabrics, chest for storage, large closet, a large screen TV and a private bath.

This bath has been completely renovated. Everything is brand new, tile, cabinets, countertops, faucets, lighting and it boasts an enlarged shower and separate vanity area. Plenty of room here.

The upstairs guestroom is a favorite of all the guests. There is a Daybed to relax on during the day. It beautifully disquises the two twin size beds for nighttime comfort. Again there is a newly built private bath with a large shower...vanity and unusual light fixtures. The furnishings in this guestroom are very comfortable for two guests. Not only does this guestroom have privacy and an adjoining bath, but it opens to the penthouse sundeck!

What can I say? You will be "on top of the world" here on your own Penthouse deck. The view is absolutely breathtaking from here! The deck is very comfortably furnished. Plenty of places to sit, read a book, enjoy a tall refreshing beverage and lounge in your own private spot in the sun! The huge deck is large enough for a dance! It is a great space for entertaining. Personally, I prefer to enjoy the privacy, have a glass of something very cold and take in the unbelievable view!!

The Living area in this penthouse is tastefully decorated to soothe the senses. The luxuriously comfortable, leather sectional boasts a chaise and seating for large groups. Across from the sectional and additional leather chair is the the entertainment center.

The huge screen TV is the first thing you see, but there is a DVD, Stereo and surround sound system as well. Prop your feet up....and enjoy!

Another look at the living room.

Dining Area: We have provided a glass top table with six comfortable chairs as well as a great bar and barstools for another four. You can easily serve dinner for 10 guests in this dining area. In addition....there is another large table and chairs as well as two smaller tables, on the penthouse deck, for dining "al fresco".

Our kitchen has been redesigned to open to the living area....without overhead cabinets in the way. Brand New cabinets, fully stocked with dishes, cookware and pots and pans line the wall. The appliances are top of the line and you will love the washer and dryer. No more waiting for towels to dry! These are the best. The kitchen is functional as well as beautiful. If cooking is part of your vacation, you will love this kitchen!

The balcony adjoins the gorgeous Master Bedroom as well as the Living Area. You can just walk out to hear the waves break against the beach, watch the action at the Lagoon Pool or just relax and read a book. It is one of my favorite spots in this luxury unit.
